While we do not want to suck the fun out of it, it is better to get this section over with.
Payment Terms:
Payment will be debited monthly on either the 1st, 5th, 15th or 25th. Should the payment be returned, we will notify you.
If there is an issue with your banking details or you have switched banks, kindly make a deposit or EFT to the following account details:
An initial fee of R1.00 may be debited and returned to confirm the bank account being used,
Monthly Fee
The monthly fee is per child, per month for 6 Months
The monthly amount is per child, per month for 6 months. (1 June – 30 November)
What is included:
For textbooks, workbooks, study guides, extra learning materials, these are classified as add-ons. They are available for selection on the onboarding page.
If there is an add-on that the school has taken off the list, it will be refunded to you.
Since there are instances where a school may add something to the list that may not be accounted for, we will notify you about it.
Delivery Timelines:
The stationery will be delivered on the last week of school for the stationery for the following year.
Example:
The plan has been honoured from January 2029 to November 2029. The stationery will be delivered in December 2029 for the 2030 school year.
The refill pack during the year will be delivered at the end of Term 2 in preparation for Term 3 and 4.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation can be done via email.
Full Refunds are available for plans that have been billed 3 times or less.
If you cancel before 31st of August, you may receive 80% of your payments as a refund. Thereafter, we will accept cancellation but will deliver the stationery for the amount received up until that point.
Approved Refunds will be processed with in 7-14 business days. A refund form will be provided where you can choose which account you would like to be refunded in.

Add-ons disclaimer
When the stationery list is released in August/ September, we will notify you if your child needs anything like a textbook, study guide, etc. Thereafter, we will send a link to arrange payment for the remaining months of the SchoolReady plan with the add on included. We do not want you to pay for a product you may not need and have to do the dreaded refund process.
Electronics are not included apart from a basic calculator or scientific calculator if you have added that on the onboarding page.
